Design Build, Engineer of Record

Approximately 180,000 sqft indoor medical cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility designed in four farm units with four mother, six vegetation, and six multi-tiered flower rooms. Other spaces include drying, curing, process, C1D1 extraction, shipping, packaging and general office space. Phase One construction was completed Spring of 2023 and is currently in operation.
