Anvil Agrinomics provided specialized MEP engineering solutions for the Elevate SOHO Cannabis dispensary in New York City. One of the key hurdles was integrating HVAC systems into the existing structure, including accessing the roof through a removed skylight to install new equipment. This required careful coordination with Salt Construction with respect to size, weight, and lead times to ensure a seamless installation while minimizing disruption to the space’s finishes.

In addition to HVAC, Anvil Agrinomics worked closely with the architects at Anderson Porter Design to ensure the lighting design met both aesthetic and functional needs, offering input on lighting levels and selection. The tight space constraints, both inside and outside the building, required creative solutions to accommodate essential equipment without compromising the overall design.
