Design Build/ Engineer of Record

This is an approximately 80,000 sqft cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. It includes eight flower rooms, one mother, clone and multi-level vegetation, four drying rooms and other support spaces. There is also a manufacturing infused products area including C1D2, kitchen, and extraction. Phase One construction was completed Fall of 2021 and is currently in operation.

We continued to work with the new Owner’s, Show Me Organics to increase production by 15,000 canopy square feet by adding another four flower rooms. Although the electrical capacity was close to being maxed out, AnvilAg devised a plan for expansion without increasing the electrical service or adding any additional electrical equipment.
