We partnered with CalyxPeak as the Design-Build team and Engineer to deliver an 80,000 sqft state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. The project includes nine flower rooms, multi-level vegetation spaces, drying rooms, and a manufacturing-infused products area featuring C1D1 extraction, a kitchen, and extraction labs.

Despite the complexity, our proactive planning and seamless collaboration ensured the facility was completed on time in Fall 2022. Today, we support CalyxPeak’s commitment to producing premium cannabis products at scale.
